Which room is right for my group?
Our smaller meeting rooms are ideal for six or fewer people, our mid-size rooms seat 12 to 15, and our larger conference rooms accommodate 12 or more. For large meetings, events, and multi-day conferences, our second-floor conference center is the best fit. If you are not sure, contact us and we will help you choose.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in Bethesda?
The Small Conference Room for up to 6 people starts at $55 per hour, the Medium Conference Room for 10 to 12 people is $95 per hour, and the Large Conference Room for 12 to 20 people is $125 per hour. What equipment is available?
Every room includes high-speed internet. Our larger conference rooms offer flat-screen displays, whiteboards, and additional power strips. Let us know what you need when you book, and we will have it ready.
How much notice is required for booking?
For most meetings, we do not require a minimum amount of notice. All meeting room bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, so the more notice you can give, the better. For extra tables, special setups, the conference center, or multi-day events, please book as far in advance as possible.
Can I host a lunch meeting or serve food?
Yes. Our larger conference rooms have space for additional tables for working lunches, and the conference center includes a kitchen area and serving space. Our staff can also point you to local resources to help with your plans.
Will there be someone to greet my guests?
Yes. Our on-site staff will greet your guests, help them get settled, direct them to your room, and assist with any requests during your meeting.
What if I go over my reserved time?
You are welcome to stay past your reserved time, as long as another client is not scheduled in the room right after you and you do not stay past the location’s business hours. Please check in with our on-site staff ahead of time so they can confirm the room is available. You will be responsible for any additional hours.
Is parking available?
Yes. The building has a covered parking garage with secure building access. On weekdays, the first 30 minutes are free and the daily maximum is $11.00, and weekend parking over 30 minutes is $5.00. See the full parking rates on our pricing page.
Can I use the meeting rooms for a personal party, such as an anniversary or baby shower?
Our meeting rooms are for business meetings only, so we are unable to accept reservations for personal parties.
Can I rent a conference room by the hour in Bethesda?
Yes. Meeting and conference rooms at Pioneer Office Suites can be rented by the hour or by the day, so you pay only for the time you need without maintaining a dedicated conference room.
How many people can the conference center hold?
