MEETING ROOM FAQs
Our meeting rooms are for business meetings only. We are unable to make a reservation for personal parties.
Yes, our on-site staff will be there there to greet your guests and help them get settled in the meeting with you. They will be able to direct guests on where to go to get to the room, and assist with any requests during the meeting.
You are welcome to stay past your reserved time, as long as another client is not scheduled in the room right after you, and you don’t stay past the business hours of the location. If you’d like to do this, be sure to check in with the on-site staff ahead of time so they are aware and can help make sure this is possible for your meeting. You will be responsible to pay for for any additional hours.
For the most part, we do not require a certain amount of notice for a reservation. All meeting room bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis – so the more notice you can give, the better.
